The Process:
Consultation:
We will meet with you and listen to what your needs are, whether it is a new roof, siding project or it is just a maintenance program of the existing exterior of your home. Your concerns will be reviewed through our experience and the direction of the project will be outlined and a recommended plan will be discussed.
Negotiation:
While discussing your wants and needs of your project, the styles and materials to be used will be within your budget of the desired project and an estimate will be written up after both parties have an understanding of the scope of work to be done.
Installation:
Upon our agreement, installation of your project would commence 2-4 weeks from signing. We will assess any hazards whether they be shrubs, gardens or any safety hazards etc. protection of these issues will occur. A time schedule will be given for all our customers and we are known to deliver on all our agreements.
Warranty:
